What languages does it speak?
Spanish, Catalan and English by default. We can add others (French, German, Portuguese) at €180/language setup.
How does it learn about my business?
We give it access to your public site and you upload any internal PDFs and FAQs. The agent only quotes from that base — no made-up answers.
What if it gets a question it doesn't know?
It says so honestly, captures the visitor's email and notifies your team by email/Slack. Never makes things up.
Does it work with WordPress?
Yes. Official WordPress plugin available; also works on Wix, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace and plain HTML via snippet.
How much does AI usage cost?
Included in your plan based on contracted conversations. If you exceed it, we warn you first and you can upgrade or throttle.
