Do I need a new number or use mine?
You can keep yours if it's on WhatsApp Business and never linked to Personal. If on Personal, we migrate it (no extra cost).
What if the bot doesn't know the answer?
It pings you by email/Slack and escalates to your designated human with the full transcript. Never invents answers or prices.
How much does each conversation cost?
Your plan includes a monthly volume. Each conversation combines Meta WhatsApp cost (€0.015-0.06) + Claude AI cost. We warn you before overrun.
Does it integrate with my calendar or CRM?
Yes. Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Holded and our own Panel IG. Others via webhook or Zapier.
How long does setup take?
Starter: 3-5 days. Pro: 5-10 days. Business: 10-15 days with advanced customization. Timeline shared after kick-off call.
