Do I need to install anything?
No. Panel IG is 100% web-based. Use any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and our PWA on mobile for time tracking.
Can I migrate from Holded, Quipu or A3?
Yes. We import clients, products, historical invoices and chart of accounts as part of the implementation service (€300, included free on Enterprise).
Does it work with my bank?
PSD2 integration with BBVA, Santander, CaixaBank, Sabadell, ING, Bankinter and Kutxabank. Daily auto bank reconciliation.
What happens if I cancel?
No lock-in. Cancel anytime from the panel. You get 90 days to export all your data in CSV / Excel / PDF.
Who can see my data?
Only users you authorize, each with their own role and granular permissions. Our team only accesses when you request support, with full audit log.
Is there a setup fee?
Implementation + training: one-off €300 (panel setup, data migration and team training). Included free on the Enterprise plan.
