Frequently asked questions

Can I upgrade to full IG One later?
Yes, any time: your existing time cards, holidays and employees stay as they are, we just add the new modules.
Does it include payroll or employee expenses?
No: OneTime covers time tracking, holidays and absences only. Payroll and expense claims are part of full IG One.
Who logs in and what does each person see?
One administrator who manages the team (schedules, holidays, absences) and your employees, who only clock in and check their own data in My zone. Nobody gets ERP access: no clients, invoices or purchases.
How many employees can I add?
As many as you pay for at checkout (minimum 5). If your team grows, drop us a line and we raise the number right away, at €4/employee/month.
