Do I need IG One to use Spine?
Yes. Spine is IG One's assistant and works on your panel's data.
What if I use up the monthly budget?
We warn you beforehand; when it runs out Spine pauses and we email you so you can decide whether to top up (+€10 of usage for €20). Nothing extra is charged until you approve.
Can Spine delete or change data on its own?
No. On Standard and Pro it shows what it will do and only runs it when you confirm. Basic is read-only.
Which AI model does it use?
Claude models (Anthropic): a fast, economical one for queries, a more capable one for writing and, on Pro, the top one for deep analysis.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time and with no lock-in.
